Technology Committee

The Technology Committee was transferred from the NSA to NASPA in 2009.
The committee was originally formed by the NSA in April 2006 to evaluate various software and hardware products that have been developed by and for the SCRABBLE® game community.

Agenda
- Evaluate timer applications for handheld devices (e.g., iPhone) for possible use at clubs and tournaments
- Evaluate and sanction handheld devices/programs for SSL word judging (e.g., LAMPwords on Palm devices, Checkword on iPhone)
