All communications will be kept strictly confidential, unless the complainant agrees to take further steps.

NASPA takes the issue of sexual harassment seriously and wants to protect its members. Women especially need to feel safe when they are attending NASPA tournaments, even if the incidents happen outside of tournament hours.
