First, restore the program:
1. # Open Norton2. # Click Security3. # Click History4. # Select "Quarantine" from drop-down menu5. # Click NASPA Zyzzyva 3.0.4 from list of quarantined items6. # Click Restore7. # Close the Security window.
Next, before exiting Norton, exclude further activity against this program:
* # Click Settings* # Click Antivirus* # Click Scans and Risks* # Navigate to "Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect, SONAR and Download Intelligence Detection" and click "Configure" to the right of that item.
# Click "Add File"
6. # Click the folder icon to browse.7. # Navigate to Program Files (x86)/NASPA Zyzzyva 3.0.48. # Select "naspa zyzzyva 3.0.4.exe" and click OK.
Zyzzyva should now be restored, and should not be quarantined by Norton in the future.
You may need to restore the program icon from the desktop shortcut at this point. To do so, follow these steps:
1. # From the desktop icon, right click2. # Select properties3. # Click Change Icon4. # Click Browse5. # Navigate to "ProgramFiles (x86)\NASPA Zyzzyva 3.0.4\images"6. # Select Zyzzyva.ico and click "Open"7. # Click OK8. # Click OK
