If you are not satisfied with your NASPA Store purchase, please contact us to request a refund of the purchase price. We will then ask you to return the purchased item(s), within 60 days of purchase and in the same condition in which they were shipped.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refund credit for credit card payments will be applied to the credit card used to pay for the purchase. All credit card transactions are denominated in USD, regardless of the currency associated with the credit card. Refund credit for other payments will be mailed by check to the address currently associated with you in your NASPA member profile.
This policy applies solely to purchases made through the NASPA Store.
