must obey the [http://www.scrabbleassociation.com/rules/ NSA Official Tournament '''Official Tournament Rules'''], edited by the [[NSA]] [[Rules Committee]]. When
the committee is transferred to [[NASPA]] later in 2009, the rules will
move to this web site.
