2005 NSC Anagrams Format

Entry fee is $10, collected from 6–7 PM Friday night, August 19. There will be three rounds of play. Rd. 1 pairings will be based upon NSA July ratings using the Snake format (see Pairings for NSC) while assigning either 5, 6 or 7 players to a table, with a preference for 6 per table, if possible. Rd. 2 will again be based upon the Snake pairing system using tourney standings instead of ratings. The top 6 scores after two rounds will qualify for the finals. All others may continue to play for final standings and consolation prize.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 places: 40%, 25%, 15%, 12% and 8% of the Entry Fee as well as one overall “Best Steal” prize, as voted on by the players.
