This page describes how to install NASPA Zyzzyva on Linux for NASPA members.

Minimum Version Numbers for Common Linux Distributions

  • Linux Mint 19
  • Ubuntu 17
  • openSUSE 15
  • Debian “buster”

Operating Systems

The current release - 3.3.0 - is available only for 64-bit operating sytems. Note that it is now a straight "tarball" with no installer inside.

If you need to run NASPA Zyzzyva on a 32-bit operating system, Version 3.2.4 has both 32-bit and 64-bit installation packages.

Installation Location

  • If you want to install the software in the default location (/opt), you must sudo the installer.
