In addition to our day-to-day role
of providing IT services to the rest of the association, maintaining our online web presence
and its infrastructure, our major projects this year were as follows:

* Creating and maintaining other new members services: 50 services created or updated, including
** Bracketology
** Updated online voting booth
** NASC point-of-sales systems
** Supporting updated technology required by payment processor
** School Membership support
* Switched to more secure new offsite backup service
